Create data records for the organization's various buildings. Enter information on the identification (assignment of a location and a building number and name) and address of the building as well as the building description. See at a glance how the current space utilization (according to DIN 277) is distributed in the building. Assign the floors that are located in the building. If eTASK.maintenance is also used, all maintenance contracts that have been concluded with external or internal service providers for this building are displayed.


Identification

In this section, data for the identification of the building can be entered. The code of the building will be generated automatically when you save the data record.

Building No.Enter the number of the building. The number entered here will be part of the building code generated by the system.
CodeDisplays the building code automatically generated by the system. The code consists of the selected location and the building number assigned to the building.
NameEnter the full building name We recommend that you use a name indicating the function of the building (e.g., "Headquarters Zhizschin Industries, Shanghai").
Cost CenterSelect the cost center which is to be charged with the costs for the building.

Building photo

Store the standard image for the building here.

In this section you can manage images and display an image gallery.

Location & Building Group

The location in which the building is located can be selected here.

LocationSelect the location in which the building is located. The code of the location selected here will be part of the building code which is automatically generated by the system.

Address

In this section you can enter information on the building's address and exact location.

Lease Management

This section is only relevant if the building has been leased. It contains information on the lease contract and the cost center which is charged with the lease.

Specifications for operating cost accounting

This group contains specifications and parameters for the preparation and calculation of a building's operating cost statement. It includes regulations for the distribution and allocation of service charges to tenants.

Mapping model

List of rental agreements

This report lists all master sheets for the building's rental agreements. The report can be called up and downloaded via the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form.

Add cost elements with allocation type to the building

All cost types with the corresponding allocation type that are defined in the property and have not yet been assigned to the building are added using this procedure. An allocation key must then be assigned to each cost element (except for direct costs). The easiest way to do this is via the mass change function.

Change of ownership / lease adjustment

This wizard can be used to change the company of the rental agreements in the building.

CAFM-Connect Export

You can export the building data as an IFCXML file via the CAFM Connect interface.

Building data (all)

This report lists all the data recorded for the building. The report can be accessed and downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

Building data (address, building information, area, image)

This report lists the address data, the information on the building itself and the target area values. The report can be called up and downloaded via the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form.

This report lists all technical building data recorded for the heating, electrical, water and media supply as well as the roof structure and protective devices for the building. The report can be accessed and downloaded via the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form.

Area Overview

This report provides you with an overview of the area in the building and sorts its spaces by usage type. The data for the report is obtained from the webform "Rooms" where the room's area as well as its usage type can be determined. Click the button "Reports" in the toolbar to download the report.

Spaces per Cost Center net and gross

This report lists all cost centers which are assigned spaces in the building. In addition, the spaces assigned to the cost centers are displayed as net and gross in the "Cellar", "Office" and "Cellar + Office" categories. The report can be downloaded via the "Reports" button on the webform’s tool bar.

Door plates 190mm x 70mm

This report is used to create door signs with information on room occupancy, among other things. They can be printed out and are provided with cutting lines. The report can be called up and downloaded via the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form.

This list shows all rent index data for the building.
