You can record registered visitors in the visitor list. This makes it possible for the gatekeeper, for example, to carry out checks.

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Information about the visitor and the planned visit can be entered in this info area.

| First name of the visitor | Enter the first name of the visitor. |

| Company | Selection of the company from which the visitor originates. |
| Booking date visit | Select an appointment from the eTASK.room booking for which the visitors are to be registered. If the registration was started from the room booking, this information is already available. |
| Visitor category | Select the category of the visitor here. You can set up categories as required, e.g. to differentiate between tradespeople, suppliers, service providers, etc. or to classify them according to security aspects. |
Visited employee(s) / event
In this information area, details can be entered about the employee or event that the visitor is to visit.

| Telephone | Enter the telephone number of the employee who attended or the person responsible (user) for the event |
| End time | Specify here when the event should end. This helps to keep track of whether visitors may still be in the building or on the grounds without authorization. |
| Start time | If the visitor is expected to attend an event, you can enter the start date of the event here so that you can roughly estimate how the visit will fit in with the event on arrival. In addition, any necessary preparations can be made promptly. |
| Building | Selection of the building that visitors are to visit. |
| Visiting employee | Selection of the employee to be visited. |
