Economic units

Use this form to define business entities. Business entities combine rooms and buildings that form a unit for billing purposes. The rooms and buildings are assigned to the business entity in the corresponding data record of the room or building.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Code	Enter an abbreviation for the accounting unit.
Name	Enter the full name for the accounting unit.
Company Code (SAP)	Enter the accounting area in which the present accounting unit is managed.

Rental Units

This section contains a list with all units assigned to the present accounting unit.
