Use this form to create the building components of a building in your company. This includes, for example, building blocks such as extensions and old buildings. The building components are an optional hierarchy level for the property explorer or cadastre.
Identification
In this section, data for the identification of the building part can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.| Property | Description |
| Building | Displays the building in which the building part is located. |
| Code | Enter an abbreviation for the building part (e.g., "AB" for "annex building"). |
| Number | Enter the number of the building part. |
| Name | Enter the full name of the building part (e.g., "annex building"). |
| Surface area | Enter a free area value for the building component |
Floors
This list displays all floors located in the building part. You can assign further floors to the building part by clicking "Add Floor".See also: Floors
