This data object represents tenancy agreements and contains all relevant information for managing tenancies. It includes contract data such as terms, rental prices, adjustments, bank details and contact information for landlords and tenants. The object is used in central rental processes, including contract conclusion, rent adjustments, operating cost accounting and termination processing. It is closely related to the data objects for rental properties and tenants.

In the "Buildings" module in the building data records, the operating cost types can be defined in the "Cost types/allocation key" form tab. If the "In lump sum" checkbox is activated here, the operating costs of the respective operating cost type are included in the lump sum. Flat-rate operating costs are not charged to the tenant. Season episode 1
This info area is only displayed if the contract has the type "Scaled contract". You can specify the rent increase dates (graduated dates) for each graduated rental agreement via the "Graduated" tab. You have the option of defining up to six individual dates. However, you can also define cyclical dates. For each date or date cycle, you specify whether the increase should be a percentage or a fixed amount. You can also set a time limit for the rent increases by specifying a date for the last increase. After defining the dates, you can generate the graduated dates using the "Calculate adjustment dates" button.| Property | Description |
