| Room number | Specify the room number. |
| Type of use Code | Specification of the code for the type of use according to DIN 277. |
| Type of use | Specification of the type of use according to DIN 277. |
| Use case | Specification of the internal type of use of the room. |
| Rental space [m²] | Specification of the rental area of the room in m². |
| Heatable | Indicates whether the room can be heated. |
| Rentable | Indication of whether the room can be rented out. |
| Reserved until | Specification of the date until which the room is reserved, in the format DD.MM.YYYY. |
| Rental agreement | Specification of the rental agreement for which the room is reserved. |
| From | Specification of the start date of the rental agreement in the format DD.MM.YYYY. |
| Until | Specification of the end date of the rental agreement in the format DD.MM.YYYY. |
| Debtor no. | Specification of the debtor number. |
| Company | Specification of the tenant's name. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
