SettlementRun
This control provides the button to start the billing run. Use it to generate the billing data. The data record is simultaneously set to "Released" so that the button is no longer available afterwards. This prevents unintentional overwriting of the data.
Accounting Data
This is a report that can be downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form. It contains all data relevant for accounting (room, space allocation, cost center, company, workplace, employee name, area, pro rata area in percentage and absolute terms).

This report contains a detailed overview of the space billing and sorts the billed spaces by location, building, floor and cost center. Groups and totals for building cost center, location, building, floor, cost center, space allocation. It can be called up via the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form.

This report provides a detailed area calculation in accordance with DIN. The rooms, their usage types, space allocations and cost centers are also displayed. Click on "Reports" in the workbar of the form to call up the report.

This report contains all relevant area accounting data. They are broken down here by floor and cost center. The report can be called up in the workbar via the "Reports" button.
Pay-as-you-go percentage distribution
This report contains a list of the total per cost center for NF2 spaces. In addition, the area in square meters, the percentage of the area of the room, the type of use and area allocation are listed. Conditions for evaluated data: Area allocation equal to "Cost center", usage group equal to "NF2", cost center not equal to "Vacancy", cost center not equal to building cost center. The report can be called up via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

This report outputs a list with groups and totals for service types and cost centers for the PR08 billing profile that can be exported as an XLS file (for Microsoft Excel).
