Menu path

You can use this form to create area settlements. To do this, click on the "Accounting" button in the work bar of the form. A variety of reports will then be made available to you as a PDF.

Identification

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Property	Description
Code	Unique abbreviation to identify the settlement run. Entry is mandatory and enables quick assignment and simple referencing of the specific settlement process in space management.
Title	Enter the text that should appear on the billing documents.

Details

The billing profile of the billing run and the billing date can be defined here or are stored here.

Property	Description
Released	Indicates whether the billing run has been released. A released settlement run can no longer be changed.

Data

This list shows all billing data that is relevant for area billing. If you have carried out a settlement and no data has yet been entered in this list, click on the button to update this list. The billing data is then displayed.

Quick overview per cost center

SettlementRun

This control provides the button to start the billing run. Use it to generate the billing data. The data record is simultaneously set to "Released" so that the button is no longer available afterwards. This prevents unintentional overwriting of the data.

Accounting Data

This is a report that can be downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form. It contains all data relevant for accounting (room, space allocation, cost center, company, workplace, employee name, area, pro rata area in percentage and absolute terms).

Details: Cost Centers

This report contains a detailed overview of the space billing and sorts the billed spaces by location, building, floor and cost center. Groups and totals for building cost center, location, building, floor, cost center, space allocation. It can be called up via the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form.

Details: DIN

This report provides a detailed area calculation in accordance with DIN. The rooms, their usage types, space allocations and cost centers are also displayed. Click on "Reports" in the workbar of the form to call up the report.

DIN Usage Types

This report contains an area statement by room. These are listed together with their type of use. The report can be downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

DIN Usage Types and Cost Centers

This report contains a table that creates an area statement by room and breaks down the individual items by cost center. It can be downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

Total: Cost Centers

This report contains billing totals for all billed cost centers with details on location, building and floor. It can be downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

Total: Cost Centers (Details)

This report contains settlement totals for all settled cost centers. The totals elements are divided into area allocations, which are listed together with details of the location, building and floor. It can be downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

DIN Floor Cost Center Total

This report contains all relevant area accounting data. They are broken down here by floor and cost center. The report can be called up in the workbar via the "Reports" button.

Pay-as-you-go percentage distribution

This report contains a list of the total per cost center for NF2 spaces. In addition, the area in square meters, the percentage of the area of the room, the type of use and area allocation are listed. Conditions for evaluated data: Area allocation equal to "Cost center", usage group equal to "NF2", cost center not equal to "Vacancy", cost center not equal to building cost center. The report can be called up via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

This report contains a list of the total per cost center for NF2 areas, fields Area [m²] and Proportion [%], grouped and sorted by building and cost center. Conditions for evaluated data: Area allocation not equal to "Price settlement", usage group equal to "NF2". The report can be called up via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.

Activity types and cost centers

This report outputs a list with groups and totals for service types and cost centers for the PR08 billing profile that can be exported as an XLS file (for Microsoft Excel). Columns in the report: SendStelle, SLstArt, EmpfStelle, Menge, Text. The report can be downloaded via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.
