This list contains the various billing profiles set by eTASK. You can assign the buildings to the individual data records that are to be billed using the current billing profile. The "Profile description" report, which can be called up in the work list of the form, contains a detailed description of the current billing profile and explains how it works.

Identification

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Property	Description
Procedure	Display of the system name of the procedure that carries out the billing runs assigned to this profile.
Code	Unique identification code for the billing profile. This abbreviation makes it possible to quickly assign and differentiate between different billing profiles in area management.
Name	Clearly identifies the billing profile for space management. This designation is used to quickly identify and differentiate between different billing profiles in space management and is displayed in overviews and when selecting the desired profile.

Accounting Parameters

This list shows all billing parameters that are assigned to the billing profile. Via the button "

Buildings

This list displays all buildings that are assigned to the settlement profile. With the button "Assign building" you can enter further buildings for the billing profile.

Set of Accounted Space Costs

All billing runs that have been billed according to this billing profile are displayed in this list.

Profile Description

This report contains a detailed description of how this billing profile works. It is written individually for each billing profile and can be accessed via the "Reports" button in the workbar of the form.
