| Code area | The area code uniquely identifies a specific area within the building or property. It is used for the precise allocation and management of areas and for billing purposes. This code facilitates the quick search and filtering of areas in lists and reports. |
| Area Designation | This field shows the name of the specific area within the area management. It is used to clearly identify and differentiate between different areas or zones, which is important for correct allocation during billing and room management. |
| Company code | The company code identifies a legally independent unit within the corporate structure for financial accounting. It enables the separate recording and evaluation of business transactions for different company divisions or subsidiaries. |
| Surface area | Displays the total area of the selected property in square meters. This information is crucial for area accounting and helps with the evaluation of room usage and cost allocation in property management. |
| Price | This value shows the price for the selected area. It is an important factor for space accounting and helps with the cost overview and budget planning in space management. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Type of service | The service type categorizes the type of service provided or planned in the area of space management. It enables a precise allocation and analysis of the various services associated with space management. |
| Service type Price | This price refers to the specific type of service provided in the area of space management. It serves as the basis for the invoicing and cost calculation of various types of services in connection with space management. |
| Surcharge | This surcharge is an additional amount that is added to the regular floor space billing. It can have various reasons, such as special equipment or location, and influences the total price of the invoiced area. |
Excel export
This group contains characteristics that are relevant for exporting the area accounting data to Excel. They control which information and in which format the data appears in the Excel file.
