eTASK.Cost Entry
New Feature: New Columns Added to the Posting Journal
The transaction journal has been updated with the columns "Service Date" and "Document Date." This makes further processing of the data easier.
See also: Cost Entry
Bug fix: Settled amount now accounts for transfers
Balanced open items from vendors that are manually entered via transfer posting were not included in the calculation in the web form for the incoming invoice. This has been fixed.
See also: Entering Incoming Invoices
Bug fix: Adjusting the posting journal for vendor transfers
When transferring accounts for accounts payable, an incorrect posting journal was generated: The reduction of a balance for the vendor could not be posted correctly. This has been fixed.
Improvement: Input tax allocation considered for recurring invoices
Previously, the entered allocation key in the invoice line item was not carried over to future invoices. This could not be done later either. The invoice line item of a planned incoming invoice now contains the current allocation ratio from the posting month when created. This is based on the building allocation key from the original invoice.

eTASK.Service Ticket
Improvement: Status of all required approvals visible
Everyone involved in the service ticket can now view the status of required approvals, both in the steps where the approval is still being processed and in the subsequent review steps that may lead to further processing.
See also: Service ticket
Improvement: Number of approvals freely configurable
It is no longer necessary for every person in the configured group of approvers to process their approval ticket. In the service ticket matrix, you can now set how many approvals are required. If no value is entered or the value is 0, it is assumed that all approvers must still process their approval tickets positively. Depending on this, the service ticket is automatically approved or rejected.
If enough people from the group of approvers have approved their approval ticket, the ticket is automatically approved.
If ALL approvers in the group have processed their approval tickets positively, the ticket is automatically approved regardless of the required number.
If ALL members of the approver group have processed their approval ticket negatively, it is automatically rejected.
If at least one person from the approver group has processed their approval ticket negatively and the number of positively processed and unprocessed approval tickets is no longer sufficient to reach the required number of approvals, the ticket is automatically rejected.
See also: Service Ticket
Improvement: Rules for unprocessed service tickets can be created
In the service ticket matrix, you can specify what should happen to approval tickets that are not processed. You can choose to close the tickets positively or negatively after a certain number of hours. This prevents endless approval loops. The corresponding rule and the time of the switch are assigned to the approval ticket upon creation and cannot be changed retroactively for ongoing approvals.

eTASK.FM Portal
New Feature: eTASK API: New Endpoint Available
eTASK provides its licensees with an application programming interface (API). This interface enables data to be exchanged directly between software systems using various web services. This gives eTASK customers the ability to retrieve up-to-date information directly from eTASK and then process it further in their own systems. We have added another endpoint to the existing API, which enables the retrieval of open accounts receivable.

New Feature: Creation of Open Items via Transfer Postings
The Transfer Postings form (System Settings -> Property Management -> Property Accounting -> Transfer Postings) has been updated with a "To Open Postings" checkbox. Checking this box creates an open posting. This can also be modified later via the bulk edit function. The open item list now includes transfer postings if they have not been assigned to an outgoing invoice or a lease agreement. Transfer postings are now displayed with open items in the bank and can be selected there.

Bug Fix: Lease Agreement List Report Corrected
An error occurred in the Lease Agreement List report: A tenant of spaces located in multiple buildings was correctly assigned to those buildings, but with the total sum of the leased areas. This distorted the evaluation of leased areas per building. This has been corrected: The report now shows only the leased spaces in the respective building.

Bug fix: Error in BIM Explorer fixed
An error occurred when displaying buildings in the BIM Explorer. This issue only occurred in models that contained a view variant without a stamp. This error has been fixed.

Bug Fix: Error in Vehicle Reservation Fixed
An error occurred in vehicle reservation: Vehicle records could not be fully edited after the mileage was recorded following a booking. This behavior has been corrected.

Bug Fix: Individual Electricity Consumption Included in Operating Cost Statement
In the operating cost statement, tenants’ individual electricity consumption was no longer reported. This issue has been resolved.
Bug fix: Matchcode documents from drag-and-drop interactions are inherited
Previously, you had to upload a document to a matchcode in order to inherit it to the objects associated with that matchcode. This has now been changed: Documents can also be added via drag and drop and inherited by the associated objects.
See also: Object Management
Bug fix: Assignment rule for incompletely assigned bank entries now works
An error occurred when creating an assignment rule. The rule for general ledger accounts was only applied if no vendor/customer had been recognized from the bank account information beforehand. This criterion has been removed. The assignment rules now function correctly.
Bug fix: Posting date is taken into account when canceling incoming invoices
If an incoming invoice was canceled, this entry was carried over to the current month, even if a different date was selected. This distorted the monthly result. From now on, the entered posting date will be used, provided the desired posting month has not yet been closed.

Bug fix: Rent Roll report updated
The Rent Roll report was previously incomplete: Missing parking spaces and vacancies are now included in the Rent Roll.
See also: Report: Rent Roll
Bug fix: Required workflow fields are fully taken into account
Previously, when switching to the next workflow step, only one field could be made a required field. This has been improved: A workflow can now have more than one selection field defined as a required field when switching steps.

Bug fix: Operating cost statement: Character limit for the cost center increased
When creating the operating cost statement for a new year, an error message occurred because the cost center was limited to 15 characters, but could be created with 30 characters during preparation. This has been fixed.
Bug fix: Display of links in ListConnects improved
When checking subordinate counters, counter names were truncated if they represented a link. Previously, if a column with a link was visible in a ListConnect, the link text was shortened. Link texts are now displayed in full.

Bug fix: Bank statement approval now works
An error occurred when sharing a bank statement: The cost center code was limited to 15 characters. It has therefore been expanded to allow up to 30 characters.

Bug fix: Trial balance corrected
Not all values were displayed correctly in the trial balance. The previous trial balance was based on the posting journal. Now, however, the report uses the journal accounts table. The creation of journal accounts has therefore been revised, as these now form the basis for all accounting reports.

Improvement: Outgoing invoice document optimized for output
Occasionally, a second blank page was generated in the sales invoice. The output for sales invoices has been optimized to minimize the occurrence of blank pages in the future.
See also: Print sales invoice
Improvement: Importing Excel spreadsheets now provides an import results report
After an Excel import, you can use a button in the top-right corner of the table to download the import results as an .xlsx file for further processing. This is particularly useful when importing large amounts of data, as it clearly shows which data has been imported and which still needs to be processed.

Improvement: Rent Roll expanded to include termination date
The Rent Roll report now displays the date on which a lease was terminated. This provides landlords with information about future vacancies. The "Terminated on" column has been added to the report after the "Next possible end" column.

Improvement: Outlook Add-In - Dark Mode Support
The Outlook Add-In has been optimized for use in Dark Mode. All elements are now visible in Dark Mode.

Improvement: Workflow step switching improved
If there is a system-related wait time (automatic redirection) in a workflow, the redirection to the next available step is executed immediately when the user clicks the "Save" button in the form.
