In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
date	Date of notification
Designation	Name of the message/letter, with a clear description for retrieval.
Society	Company that is the sender of the message.
Sender	Sender of the message, the letter
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.

Template

This feature group includes properties that serve as a template for creating letters or emails. It contains standardized elements and formatting that are used for consistent communication.

Property	Description
Template	Select the template to be used for this letter or e-mail here. In addition to the text, the template also contains the design of the e-mail to be sent. Please note that an HTML file is required in the template for sending e-mails.
Text / Content	Template text on which the message is based, if it was created from a template.

Printing and Shipping

This group includes features relating to the printing and dispatch process of letters. This includes information on the print type, dispatch method and relevant time stamps for tracking the dispatch status.

Property	Description
Print signatures?	Specify whether the signatures under the message should be automatically inserted as a graphic or not.
Shipping method	Specify the method of sending the message, e.g. letter or e-mail
Shipping from	Specify the date and time from which the message is to be sent.
Shipment has been made	Indication of whether the message has been sent or not.

This group includes characteristics that describe the reference or connection of the letter/email to other entities or processes. It shows the context or connection of the communication.

Property	Description
