A task list is a collection of general information for planning the execution of a task (e.g. set-up times and tools required) as well as operations that must be carried out to complete a task. You can only create routings by distributing a new order in the "Orders" list. You use standard routings for tasks.
Identification
In this section data for the identification of the work plan can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.| Property | Description |
| Order | The maintenance order associated with the work plan is displayed here. |
| Based on Standard Work Plan | If the work plan is similar or identical to a standard work plan, you can select the corresponding standard work plan from this combobox. |
| Code | Enter a code for the work plan. We recommend defining work plan codes according to VDMA 24186. |
| Name | Enter the complete name of the work plan. |
Time and Job Schedule
You can describe and thereby specify the work plan in this section.| Property | Description |
| Time Unit | Select the time unit for the setup time from the combobox. |
| Qualification | Select the professional qualification needed to execute the work plan from the combobox. |
| Measured Value | Enter the value which is to be measured during the execution of the work plan. The actual value measured during job execution has to be entered into the protocol. |
| Setup Time | Enter the setup time required for preparing the services included in the work plan (including travel time). This input field depends on the selection in the combobox "Time Unit" below. |
| Complete Target Time of Work Steps | Enter the complete target time of the work plan's work steps. You can get the target time from the report in the section "Overview". |
| Tool | Enter the tool needed to execute the work plan. |
| Description | Enter a detailed description of the work plan. |
Work Steps
This list displays the data records of all work steps assigned to the work plan. Click "Add Work Step" to assign further work steps to the work plan.See also: Operations
