Standard routings

Manage data records for standard routings to determine the maintenance workflow. The "Identification" and "Description" info areas are used for clear identification. In the "Operations" info area, operations (which contain individual work steps) are assigned to the standard task list. It is recommended to define the standard routings in accordance with the VDMA 24186 guideline. Created standard routings are then available for selection in the "Task" form.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Code	Enter an abbreviation for the standard work plan. We recommend creating the code in compliance with VDMA 24186.
Name	Enter the full name of the standard work plan. This information also appears in the list of all standard work plans (e.g. an operating procedure: "Clean filter"). Therefore rendering the standard work plan as precise as possible will make the data record easier to find at a later stage.
Legal or assessment basis	Legal or assessment basis
active	Indicates whether the standard routing is active.

Description

A more precise description of the standard work plan can be entered in this section to specify it more precisely.

Property	Description
Description	Enter a full description of the standard work plan. The description also appears in the list of standard work plans.
Required Qualification	Select the qualification required to be able to perform the activities described in the standard work plan.

This section displays standard work steps assigned to the standard work plan.
