This form can be used to manage workflow steps that are available within the services/workflows in the FM portal.
Identification
In this section, data for the identification of the service step can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.| Property | Description |
| Duration binding | "Indication of whether "Duration binding" for the workflow step." |
| Description | description |
| Workflow | Select the workflow in which the workflow step is performed. |
| Code | You can enter the code here. |
| Name | Enter the name of the workflow step. This is the status description for the workflow. Thus, if a workflow is found in this workflow step, this text is displayed as its status. |
| (Possible) Start Service Step | Indicate whether the workflow step is a first step of a workflow. This workflow step can then be selected if the selected workflow does not yet have a workflow step. |
| display name | You can enter the display name here. |
| Active | Indicate whether the workflow step is active in the workflow, i.e. indicate that it can be selected. |
| Archived in service list? | All tickets in this step are displayed in the archive of the service list if this option is set. |
| Duration [h] | Determines the duration (in hours) which is available for this step. |
| Type | You can specify the workflow step type here. |
Follow-Up Service Steps
This section lists all service steps which follow the current service step. Click "Add Follow-Up Service Step" to create further follow-up service steps.See also: Workflow Follow-Up Steps
Role authorization for this step
In this list, all roles are shown which are authorized to perform the planned actions in the present workflow step.See also: Authorizations in Workflow Steps
Compulsory field to achieve this step

Escalation Levels
This list shows all escalation levels to which the service step has been assigned. Click "Add Escalation Level" to create further assignments.See also: Escalation levels
