Menu path

This form is used to classify the steps within the workflow in a specific sequence. The actual workflow is defined here. A workflow step can have several subsequent steps, which are listed in the action menu of the workflow form. The form can be accessed via the workflow step form.

Identification

In this section data for the identification of the follow-up service step can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.

Service Step	The current follow-up service step is the follow-up service step of the service step displayed here.
Position	Enter the position of the follow-up service step in the menu "Actions" in the workflow webform.
Follow-Up Service Step	Select the follow-up service step of the current follow-up service step from the combobox. The selection contains only follow-up service steps which have been configured for the corresponding workflow.
Alternative Text	Enter an alternative text for the menu item of the follow-up service step. This text will be displayed in the menu "Actions" of the workflow webform. If there is no alternative text for the follow-up service step, the name of the follow-up service step will be displayed in the menu. We recommend using a verbal phrase to emphasize that the follow-up service step includes an action.
Code	Enter the code of the portal e-mail which will be distributed if the follow-up workflow step is reached.

Switch automatically

It is possible to activate a workflow follow-up step automatically if a condition is met. Automatic switching can be configured here.

Executed Actions when this Step is changed

The actions that are triggered by the step change are displayed in this list. This includes, for example, sending an e-mail to the participants.
