This form is used to display information on data records for escalation levels. In contrast to almost all other data records, the data records are not available to the customer for editing, but are supplied in full as a closed list of data records when the system is delivered.
Identification
In this section, data for the identification of the escalation stage is displayed. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.

This section contains information on the emails sent when the escalation stage is reached.
