This list contains all workflows available in the FM portal. This is where a service is provided in the service list.
UID fields
These fields contain unique identifiers for the workflow and associated objects. They are used for clear assignment and traceability within the system.| Property | Description |
| Workflow UID | Display of the UID of the workflow for system-related reasons. |
Settings
In this section you can set the type of the workflow.| Property | Description |
| Description | description |
| Service Code | Displays the system name of the workflow used to identify it in FM-Portal's program code. Note: this code must not be modified otherwise it will not be possible to identify the workflow, and the workflow's ability to function will be restricted. |
| Service Name | Enter the name of the workflow / service. It will be used in the service list and the portal emails distributed by the workflow. |
| Active | Indicate whether the Service/Workflow is active in the service list. |
| version | Specification of the workflow version. |
| Administrator Group | Select the administrator group in which the workflow administrators (service agents) for the current workflow will be managed. Service agents have more access rights to tickets in the service list and workflows. |
| Workflow webform | Displays the webform which can be used to control the workflow. |
Service Steps
This list displays the data records of service steps associated with the service / workflow. Click "Add Service Step" to create further service steps for the workflow.See also: workflow steps
