March 2023 Release
This release has been approved by eTASK for use in production environments. You can download the release now and install it on your server.
Users of the eTASK App for Windows
With the release of this version, an updated version of the eTASK app has also been released in the Microsoft Store. Please note that this latest app version is compatible exclusively with the current release version of the portal; that is, both the portal AND all connected mobile devices must be updated.
Therefore, please update your mobile devices only if you also plan to update your portal to the current release at the same time. If this is not desired or possible, please disable the automatic installation of updates for the eTASK app on your devices. Please note, however, that after a previous update of your portal, your devices must also be updated to the current app version.
Please make sure to sync your mobile devices before the update.
eTASK.BIM
Improvement: BIM: Importing the latest model version had errors
Previously, it was possible to import a building model in two places within the portal. We have removed one of these options. Uploading is now only possible on the BIM Explorer homepage by clicking the "Import New Model" tile.

Improvement: EMA checks implemented in eTASK
When uploading a building model, it is checked for compliance with the first two EMAs (eTASK model requirements). If the model does not meet these requirements, a message is displayed indicating the unmet EMA and providing a link to the corresponding help page.

eTASK.Payment Transactions
Improvement: Account statement record offers new verification option
In the bank statement, a list can now be opened under the "Additional Data" menu item. This allows you to check where discrepancies exist. You can reconcile these in the assignments.

eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement
Improvement: Calculation of direct costs in the operating cost statement improved
With this release, cost types of the "rentable/rented" type can be entered directly into the operating cost statement for a lease agreement, as well as allocated to the building via a partial service. Both items are displayed separately in the operating cost statement.
eTASK.Cost Entry
New Feature: Addition of Service Date and Document Date in the "Posting Journal" View
Two columns have been added to the Posting Journal. It now includes the columns "Document Date" and "Invoice Date." Both dates are required for the advance VAT return.
eTASK.Rental
Bug fix: Linking of customers in the lease agreement overview corrected
When clicking on the debtor number displayed in red in a lease agreement, the link did not lead to the debtor record as expected, but instead to the address record. This behavior has been corrected.
Bug fix: Include rented outdoor areas in the Rent Roll
Parking spaces created as rentable outdoor areas were not included in the Rent Roll report. This has now been changed: All parking spaces are included in the report.

eTASK.ServiceTicket
Improvement: Solution for custom service ticket workflow implemented
We have made an improvement to the service ticket workflow for one of our customers. To ensure that all tickets are always listed in the service list, they must have a date. However, since the "Desired Date" field is not a required field and can therefore be left blank, it is not available for calculations within subsequent workflow transitions. We have resolved this with a custom SQL action that automatically calculates and sets a date whenever the workflow moves to the next step.

eTASK.FM Portal
New Feature: Procurement Workflow Improved for Reporting
Before an email is sent from the procurement workflow, the system now checks in advance whether a user-defined report is available. This report is then, of course, used for sending.

New Feature: BCF Export Expansion
Previously, when managing BIM building data, we could only create a single BCF file containing multiple issues per model. This has now been changed: You can now create multiple BCF files per model containing the associated issues and use them for the BCF export.

Bug Fix: Improved Display in the "Tenant Agreement Master Sheet" Report
In the "Tenant Agreement Master Sheet" report, longer room numbers were being truncated. The display of the report has been improved.
Bug fix: Error message when creating a service ticket resolved
In isolated cases, error messages occurred when creating a service ticket. The ticket could not be created. This issue has been resolved.

Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with recurring invoices
An error occurred when generating recurring invoices. This has been fixed.
Bug fix: Cost center selection corrected when posting via OAI
When posting in the Outlook add-in with a custom-selected cost center, it was overwritten by the applicant’s cost center. This behavior has been corrected.

Improvement: Display of List-Connects in forms improved
We have improved the display of ListConnects so that they have a uniform length and width. Previously, ListConnects could sometimes be displayed at a reduced size. This made it impossible to see at a glance how many entries the linked list contained. The current display provides a better overview.

Improvement: GUID to IFC_GUID conversion implemented
With this release, the IFC-GUID and the GUID can be read and exported directly within the portal. The conversion from GUID to IFC-GUID is performed for location, building, floor, and objects. This data can be extracted from the FM portal as an Excel export. This allows for the linking of inventory data in the FM portal with an inventory model in a modeling tool.

Improvement: Change to the procedure for loading room stamps
For rooms whose lowest surface (IfcSpace) has a step, room stamps were displayed incorrectly in the BIM Explorer. We have adjusted this so that even in this case, a room stamp (e.g., the room designation) is loaded at the correct location within the room.

Improvement: Building permissions are applied upon reloading
Previously, it was often necessary to restart the portal for changes to permission assignments to take effect. For example, buildings for which a user had been granted permissions only became visible after a restart. The structure of the Property & Object Explorer has now been improved to respond more quickly to changes in the building structure. Changes become visible immediately after reloading the Property Explorer.

Highlight: Workflow Enhancement (Substitution for Vacation or Sick Leave)
Every workflow now automatically includes the "Active Substitute" feature. A substitute can be designated in the user profile for a specific period. If the substitute is set to active, the person being substituted will be automatically replaced by the substitute in every workflow ticket during that period, regardless of their role.
