Many measures can be carried out as part of a project, the budget for which is planned using budget items. Use this form to assign these budget items to the project budgets and enter the budget intended for them. You can use the subordinate budget management to plan the budget of the budget items and thus project measures on an annual basis.

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

CommentEnter comments or information about the budget position.
CodeEnter the budget position’s number.
Project ClassDisplays/select the project budget which the budget position is assigned to.
CodeDisplays the budget position’s abbreviation. This is automatically generated, after being saved for the first time, from the project budget’s abbreviation and the budget position’s number.
NameEnter the name of the budget position or task for which the budget is planned by the budget position.
BuildingSelect the building in which the task is performed.
TypeSelect the task type.
StatusSelect the status of the budget position.

Budget values

The budget values are managed in this section. Only the intended total budget for tasks planned by the budget position can be entered. The remaining values are calculated from the assigned budget management.
PropertyDescription
Intended budget [€]Enter the budget position’s intended budget for the entire duration of the project.
Planned budget [€]Displays the budget planned for the budget position. It is calculated automatically from the sum of the planned budgets of the assigned budget managements.
Estimated costs [€]Displays the estimated costs. This is calculated automatically from the orders and contract values from the assigned budget managements.
Actual costs to date [€]Displays the actual costs to date. This is calculated automatically from the costs and partial services from the assigned budget managements.
