Locations

Use this form to manage the exact locations of the pollutants recorded in the 'Findings' form. Assign each find to a specific location - either a room, an outdoor area or an object. Multiple assignments are not useful and result in the room assignment being used as the most important information in evaluations. You can use an additional description to identify the location more precisely. If necessary, you can assign a different status for each location, for example if it has already been renovated or disposed of.

Identification

Assign the location to the corresponding find and localize it precisely by selecting a room, outdoor area or object. If required, you can specify the location in more detail with a description and assign a different processing status.

Property	Description
Find	Assign the location to a pollutant occurrence recorded in the 'Findings' form and documented in an expert report.
Room	Select the room in which the pollutant was found. (Alternative to outdoor area or object)
Outdoor area	Select the outdoor area in which the pollutant was found. (Alternative to room or object)
Object	Select the object in which the pollutant was found. (Alternative to room or outdoor area)
Description	Add a more precise description of the location to make it easier to find and clearly identify the place.
different status	Assign a processing status for this specific location that differs from the main status. This is relevant if individual sites have already been remediated or disposed of, while other sites of the same find have not yet been processed.
