Pollutant occurrences

Use this form to record the pollutant occurrences documented in pollutant reports. You can assign each finding to one or more specific locations (rooms, outdoor areas or objects) in the 'Finding locations' form. Distinguish between confirmed findings that were explicitly detected in the report and suspected findings due to identical areas or objects that were not assessed separately.

Identification

This information area contains details on the identification and classification of the pollutant occurrence, including the assignment of the expert opinion, type of pollutant, type of discovery and processing status.

Property	Description
Number	Unique number for the identification and organization of pollutant occurrences within a report. Enables clear allocation and referencing of the findings.
Designation	Meaningful description of the pollutant occurrence. Should describe the finding concisely and is displayed in the entire application.
Expert opinion	Pollutant report in which this finding was documented. Expert reports are created in the form of the same name and contain the core information on pollutant investigations.
Pollutant	Type of pollutant found. The available pollutants correspond to the waste types defined in the 'Waste types' form, as pollutants are technically managed as waste types in environmental protection management. The -Pollutant- characteristic on the waste type must be activated so that it can be selected here.
Type	Classification of the find as 'confirmed' or 'suspected'. Assured finds were explicitly proven in the report. Presumed finds are assumed if identical areas, external areas or objects were not examined separately, but are probable due to a positive finding at comparable locations. Find types are defined in the form of the same name.
Status	Processing status of the pollutant occurrence (e.g. present, removal planned, removed). The status controls the display in evaluations - findings without the "completed" option are highlighted with a red or yellow traffic light. Status values are defined in the 'Find status' form.
