Navigation to this function
Use this form to manage the status values for pollutant occurrences (e.g. present, removal planned, removed). These statuses help you to document the processing status of each find and track the progress of pollutant removal. Default values are provided by eTASK, but you can also define your own statuses. Important - A status without the "Completed" option activated will result in a red or yellow traffic light in evaluations.
Identification
Basic information for clear identification and naming of the find status, including control of the traffic light display in evaluations.| Property | Description |
| Code | Freely selectable abbreviation for quick identification of the find status (e.g. "VOR" for present, "BPL" for planned removal, "BES" for removed). The code is displayed in lists and selection fields. |
| Designation | Complete, meaningful designation of the found status (e.g. "present", "removal planned", "removed", "no action required"). This is displayed throughout the application. |
| Find done? | Determines whether this status indicates a completed find. Activate this option for completed statuses (e.g. "eliminated", "no action required"). Finds with this status are displayed in evaluations with a green traffic light. If this option is not activated, they appear red or yellow and indicate a need for action. |
