Track the development of all key performance indicators (KPIs) for locations, buildings or operating areas over time. You can document and evaluate the historical development of individual KPI values with a geographical and organizational reference. Use the associated reports for detailed overviews and comparisons.
identification
Clearly identify the KPI value here via the associated key figure, the validity date and the measured value.
| Property | Description |
| date | Enter the date for which this key figure value applies. |
| kpi | Select the key figure to which this value belongs. |
| Value | Enter the measured or calculated value of the key figure here. |
| Reference plane | This text gives you information about the level to which this value was totaled. If this is "Location", for example, then it is a value that relates to an entire location, regardless of which key figure is affected. All geographical or organizational references are possible at this point. |
| Reference element | The name of the element to which the value refers is displayed here. For a building, this could be the building name, for a cost center the cost center code. Each geographical or organizational reference level determines itself which value is used here as the identifier. This display is for overview purposes only, the exact value is specified separately in the form. |
geographical reference
Assign the KPI value to geographical structures - from individual rooms, floors and buildings to higher hierarchical levels such as location or region.
| Property | Description |
| Building | Selection of the building to which the characteristic/rating number applies. |
| Hierarchy level 1 | Select the highest geographical hierarchy level to which the KPI value relates. |
| Building group | Select the building group for which this KPI value was recorded. |
| Room group | Select the room group for which this KPI value was recorded. |
| Room | The room to which the value refers is specified here. |
| Hierarchy level 2 | Select the second geographical hierarchy level to which the KPI value relates. |
| Floor | The floor to which the value refers is indicated here. |
| Hierarchy level 3 | Select the third geographical hierarchy level to which the KPI value relates. |
| Building component | Select the building component for which this KPI value was recorded. |
| Location | Select the location for which this KPI value was recorded. |
Organizational reference
Assign the KPI value to organizational structures - company, firm, department or cost centre. This allows you to evaluate key figures according to areas of responsibility.
| Property | Description |
| Cost center | Select the cost center for which this KPI value was recorded. |
| Company | If the value in this key figure has been aggregated to a company, then this company is displayed here. |
| Society | Select the company for which this KPI value was recorded. |
| Department | Select the department for which this KPI value was recorded. |
Professional reference
Group the KPI value according to up to three technical dimensions. This allows you to differentiate key figures according to various categories such as vehicle type, energy type or cost type and evaluate them in detail.
| Property | Description |
| Grouping 3 - Designation | The designation with which the grouping for the value is assigned is displayed here. This can be vehicle category, for example, if the first position in the key figure is grouped according to the category of the vehicle, |
| Grouping 3 - static characteristic | Here you can see which static characteristic from the previously specified table was used to group this value. For example, this could be the characteristic Description in the Vehicle category table |
| Grouping 3 - Value | The specific value according to which the third grouping was made is specified here. For example, if it is a grouping by vehicle category, the name of the category by which this specific value was grouped is displayed here. |
| Grouping 2 - Table | Here you can see from which table the value for the second grouping is determined. This can be the vehicle category table, for example. |
| Grouping 1 - Table | Here you can see from which table the value for the first grouping is determined. This can be the vehicle category table, for example. |
| Grouping 1 - static characteristic | Here you can see which static characteristic from the previously specified table was used to group this value. For example, this could be the characteristic Description in the Vehicle category table |
