Edit service tickets

When service tickets are available for processing by the designated recipient, they can always be accessed either via the email sent or through the service list.

Procedure

  1. Open the service ticket via the link in the email or via the service list on the FM portal’s home page.

  2. Click Workflow in the service ticket toolbar and select Edit, or use the Edit button in the Approval Status section.

  3. Confirm the status change message by clicking the Confirm button.

You have now accepted the service ticket for processing. You now have the following options:
