Path to the starting point: Property Management - Leasing - New Lease Agreement
Select the company, the tenant, the contract type, the contract category, and the location. Enter the contract date and at least the start date of the term.
Form dialog "Create lease" with fields for company, debtor, contract type, dates, and location. "Create" button at bottom. Click Create.
The lease agreement is created. An initial period has been generated automatically. You can enter additional information in the lease agreement and in the period.
Tip: The details for "Next Possible Termination" and "Next Possible End" are calculated based on the information in the "Option/Termination - Termination During Term" section. For this calculation to occur, the timer job P_VM_KUENDIGUNG_BIS must be activated.
