Enter data records for all companies outside the organization with which the FM department works. These data records are available in many places in the FM portal (e.g. to identify the contractor in eTASK.Instandhaltung). Assign the company a type, a trade, address and communication details as well as data on the company's employees. Evaluate the company (adherence to deadlines, price reliability, etc.) to document the relationship of trust. Upload documents relating to this company. When using eTASK.CAD, the identification of the company in CAD plans is also documented here. When using eTASK.External company registration, the employees of the company who are granted temporary access to the building for work are entered. When using eTASK.defect management, the construction projects in which the company is the client are assigned to the company.
Identification
In this section, data for the identification of the company can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.| Property | Description |

| Status | Displays the current activity status of the company. This information is important for managing and maintaining the address book, as it indicates whether the company is currently listed as an active business partner or not. |
| Group | This field allows you to assign a group to the company address in order to categorize and filter it more easily. Grouping makes it easier to organize and find addresses, especially with large address lists. |
| Trade | Select the trade to which the company should be assigned. |
| Remarks | Here you can enter additional information or comments about the company that are not recorded in other fields. These comments are used for internal communication and may contain important information for cooperation or special agreements. |

Main Contact Person
In this section, you can enter the company contact data's contact person. This person will not be available for selection in the webforms of the FM-Portal. Only staff members whose data have been entered into the personnel list can be selected.| Property | Description |

Company Type
As this webform is part of the central company list, you should indicate the company type for each new data record. In this section you can define the relationship between the external company and your own company. If needed, you can select more than one company type.
