Use the guest hospitality list to order the meals that are to be served during a meeting. Allocate the costs incurred to cost centers. Create a list of employees and guests to be catered for and use the "Reports" function to easily output guest hospitality cards and orders as a PDF.

Order (Export to MSWord)

This report allows you to export the order to Microsoft Word or PDF format. The report can be generated after the data record has been saved. To do this, click on "Reports" in the workbar of the form and then on the name of this report.

Catered Guests

This report contains the guest hospitality card, which is automatically generated from the information stored in this data record as soon as the data record has been saved using the "Save" button in the work bar of the form. The report can be downloaded as a PDF by clicking on the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form. The guest hospitality card must be printed out, signed by the client and given to the kitchen staff when covering the table.

Order

This report contains the order that is automatically generated from the information stored above as soon as the data record has been saved using the "Save" button in the form's workbar. The report can be downloaded as a PDF by clicking on the "Reports" button in the work bar of the form.

CustomActions

This function checks whether the lead time for the meals is still adhered to when the booking time is changed.
