This table contains all vehicle bookings in the system. You can cancel vehicle bookings via the form view of a vehicle booking or change the booking period. In addition, a vehicle booking is routed through the workflow via the form.

Identification

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Ride with booking	If the booking is for a shared ride, the link to the corresponding vehicle booking is automatically inserted here.
Vehicle	This field shows the vehicle from the fleet reserved for the booking. The selection of the vehicle is crucial for planning and allocating resources as part of fleet management.
From	Here you specify the start of the vehicle reservation. This time marks the start of your booking and is decisive for the availability of the desired vehicle in the fleet. A precise specification enables efficient planning and use of resources.
To	This field defines the end time of the vehicle booking. It determines when the reserved vehicle is available again and is crucial for the efficient planning and use of the fleet.
Status	Displays the current status of the vehicle reservation. This information is important for tracking and managing bookings in the fleet. The status provides information on whether a reservation has been confirmed, canceled or is being processed.
Ticket number	Display of the ticket number from the connected workflow ticket.

Requester	This field indicates the employee who requested the vehicle booking. The applicant is responsible for the booking and acts as the main point of contact for any questions or changes regarding this reservation as part of fleet management.
Vehicle location	The location stored on the vehicle is specified here.

Assigned professional driver	If the vehicle booking has been made for a vehicle with a professional driver, you can adjust this here according to the deployment plan. When a new booking is made, the driver assigned to the vehicle is automatically entered. If you want to organize a driver pool in this way, assign a "driver pool" person to the vehicles as a professional driver. In the best practice workflow, the professional driver can be changed by the coordinator and supervisor roles.
Destination	Destination
Users	Display of the user/driver
Ride possible	If the check mark is set, the vehicle booking can be found to participate as a passenger.
Number of passengers incl. driver	The number of passengers specified in the booking for this booking, including the driver, is shown here.
Destination selection	Displays the destination selected in the booking. Either a destination can be selected here or a destination can be freely entered in the next field.

Return

This info area contains all the information required to complete a booking.

Property	Description
Mileage [km]	Km status when the vehicle is issued. This cannot be calculated automatically, as it cannot be guaranteed that the last trip has already been confirmed at the time of issue.
Remark	You can enter additional information or comments on the vehicle return here. These comments are helpful for documenting special circumstances or agreements when returning the vehicle and can be used for later follow-up or clarification of questions.

Issue and return protocol

The output and return log can be called up via the work bar under "Reports".

Reviews

This control inserts the necessary evaluation questions at the end of a vehicle booking, if these are configured.
