SOFM: Area pool

This data object represents an area pool in the context of area management. It is used to manage and visualize related areas that share certain properties. Area pools are used to categorize and label areas in buildings or on properties and to organize them in spatial planning and land use. The visual attributes such as colors and hatching enable a clear distinction between different area pools in graphical representations and BIM models.

Color coding

In this info area, you can specify the colors with which this attribute is to be displayed in a visualization. To do this, you can select various foreground and background colors and combine them in a hatching pattern. The foreground color is always applied to the hatching, the background color fills the free areas in the hatching. You can determine whether a visualization uses this colour display by assigning a suitable legend to the display variant. Further information can be found in the display variants.

hatching	Select the hatching pattern with which the data content is to be marked in the BIM visualization. visualization should be marked. Please note that although all hatch patterns can be displayed in the visualization, only the hatch patterns hatching patterns "1 - none", "2 - 0%" and "12 - 100%" are taken into account when exporting to a PDF are taken into account.
background color	Select the color to be used as the background for a hatching pattern here.
foreground color	Select the color to be used for the hatching in a hatching pattern here.
