Navigation to this function

Create data records for the various locations of your organization. These locations represent locations of companies and branches and can later be selected in forms for buildings, for example, in order to clearly define their location. In the "Locations" form, the buildings already assigned to the location are displayed. This assignment of buildings cannot be changed here, but only in the "Buildings" form. When using eTASK.open spaces, the list of all parking spaces at the location is also displayed.


Identification

In this section, data for the identification of the location can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.
PropertyDescription
CountrySelect the country of the location.
CodeEnter an abbreviation for the location (e.g. an abbreviation for the location made up of three letters; "MUC" for "Munich", "BER" for "Berlin"). The location's code forms the first part of the codes of all buildings, floors, rooms, and work stations situated at the location.
NameEnter a detailed name for the location. The abbreviation entered here is the start of the code for all buildings, rooms, floors and workstations created for this location.
Hierarchical Level 3Select the hierarchical level 3 of the location

Ownership and Construction

Key data about developing the location can be entered in this section.

Cadastral Register No.Enter the location's cadastral register no.
ParcelEnter the name of the parcel on which the location is built.
Floor Space RatioEnter the location’s floor space ratio.
Site Coverage IndexEnter the location’s site coverage index.

You can enter information on the exact position of the location as well as the contact person in this section.

E-MailEnter the primary email address of the location.
Phone 2Enter an alternative phone number for the location.
LatitudeEnter the latitude of the location (e.g. the entrance area) for easier visualization in map services (such as Google Maps).
Contact PersonEnter the name of the main contact person of the location for all issues involving neighboring parties.
Phone 1Enter the primary phone number of the location (main office).
LongitudeEnter the longitude of the location for easier visualization in map services (such as Google Maps).
RemarksEnter a comment or a note for recording more information about the location.
Street AddressEnter the street name of the location. The street and house number should be entered one after the other (e.g. . "North street 45".
Postal codeEnter the postal code of the location's main address.
CityEnter the city from the location's main address.

In this section, you can select the location's time zone.

Administrator

Select the location’s administrating company and contact person in this section.

Proprietor

You can select the proprietor company and contact person in this company in this section.

Operating cost accounting

This group includes features for recording and managing operating cost settlements for locations. It contains information on settlement periods, cost types and distribution keys.
