Room list (requirements planning)

In this form, you can adapt generated rooms from the requirements planning variant or create new rooms for a requirements planning variant. Value assignments for room characteristics can be added in the form. The link to the room in the inventory is also created here. Objects can also be planned for the respective room.

identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
Floor (demand planning)	Assign a floor from the requirements planning to the room of the requirements planning. This is used to structure the property hierarchy. Rooms and floors from the requirements planning can be linked to the rooms and floors in the inventory or transferred to the inventory.

Planning status/variant requirements planning	Allocation of the room to its requirements planning variant.
room code	The room code is generated automatically by eTASK. The room code is made up of the property code, the building code and the floor code.
room number	Enter the room number.
Room designation	Enter a name for the room, e.g. kitchenette or office 1.
Department	Assign a department of a company to the room in requirements planning. The department is linked to current FM data such as the cost center and can be transferred to the inventory for the transfer.

Room type and room match code

This group includes characteristics for classifying and identifying rooms in requirements planning. It contains information on the room type and a unique matchcode for each room.

Property	Description
room type	Allocation of the room type. Room types (office, storage, technical) can be defined individually or according to DIN standards.
room match code	Assignment of the room match code for the assignment of the room type and characteristics for the respective room in requirements planning.

Reference to existing space

This group includes features that relate a planned space to an existing space. It enables the linking of requirements planning with existing spatial infrastructure.

Property	Description
Room (stock)	Allocation of the respective room in the requirements planning to the actual room in the existing building.
