In this form, a floor can be defined for the requirements planning variant. The floor for demand planning does not correspond to the correct floor that is created at the end or already exists. However, it can be linked to the constructed or existing floor.

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| floor code | Display of the floor code, which is automatically generated from the code of the building in which the floor of the requirement planning is located and the floor number. |
| Floor | Enter a unique abbreviation for the floor on which the floor of the requirements planning is located (e.g. "2.OG" for "2nd upper floor"). |
| Designation | Enter the full name for the floor (requirements planning), which should ideally be a clear combination of floor and building information (e.g. "2nd floor Adenauerstraße 34, Munich"). |
| Level | Enter a number to determine on which level the floor (requirement planning) is located within the building. The lowest level (e.g. the basement) is always level "1". The floors are also sorted in the "Properties/CAD" menu item according to this entry. |
| Building | Assign a building in the inventory to the floor of the requirements planning to ensure a clear assignment. |
Reference to existing floor
This feature group contains properties that describe the relationship of a planned floor to the existing building stock. It includes information on the location and classification of the floor in the context of the existing building fabric.| Property | Description |
| Floor (existing) | Assign a floor that already exists to the floor in the requirements planning. The assignment means that the actual floor for the respective room is stored when transferring rooms from the requirements planning to rooms in the existing building. |
