eTASK.BIM
New Feature: Improved Display of Doors in BIM Explorer
When switching from the 3D view of a building to the 2D view, doors were often difficult to distinguish due to the coloring. We have increased the contrast of door elements, thereby providing better clarity when switching from 3D to 2D.
Bug fix: BIM Explorer: Improved settings for room label orientation
In the BIM Explorer, room labels were sometimes displayed with varying orientations. This compromised readability, as the text was upside down in some cases. The settings for room labels have now been adjusted so that room labels are displayed only vertically and horizontally, resulting in a consistent appearance.
Improvement: Display options added to the BIM Explorer
The BIM Explorer now offers additional display options. We have added specific display options, such as "046-L Rental Units."

eTASK.Resource Booking
New feature: Resource booking: Delivery to a room is possible
When booking resources, you can now restrict the spatial area in which a resource can be booked. If you search for a resource in a specific building in the selection, the resources assigned to that building are displayed. Additionally, you can specify whether a resource needs to be picked up or delivered. To ensure that the delivery goes to the correct location, we have made the room where the resource is needed a required field.

Improvement: Service items are transferred
New service items (e.g., quantity, unit, prices...) from framework agreements in the eTASK.Tradesman Portal are transferred to the order for use in the service confirmation. They can therefore be used by the tradesman’s business for confirmation.

eTASK.FM Procurement
New Feature: Report Configuration Dependent on Workflow Step
When using our specific procurement workflow, a report is available that outputs either a request or an order depending on the status in the workflow. Additionally, the supplier’s/creditor’s payment terms are added to the order printout (report).

eTASK.Operating Cost Settlement
Bug Fix: Correction of the configuration parameter for the 2020 operating cost statement
Due to an error in the parameter structure, corrections to operating cost settlements for the year 2019 also resulted in the year being split and VAT being applied at 19% and 16%. This error has been fixed.
Bug Fix: Operating Costs: Gross Amount Corrected in Financial Accounting Groups
You can add financial accounting accounts to a financial accounting group, through which payment transactions are settled. Within the financial accounting groups, a gross amount was not calculated correctly. This view within the financial accounting groups has been corrected.
Bug Fix: Issue with VAT calculation for operating cost billing resolved
Incorrect invoices were being issued within the operating cost settlement. These had to be canceled in order to recalculate the operating cost settlement. This error has been fixed.
eTASK.Cost Entry
New Feature: Property Management: Input Tax Allocation Implemented
As a property landlord, you have the option to claim input tax credits on incoming invoices if the tenants themselves provide services subject to sales tax as business entities. If the service is used for both taxable and tax-exempt transactions, the input tax must be split into a deductible and a non-deductible portion. With eTASK’s Property Management, this split is performed automatically. The expenses invoiced at the time the service is provided are allocated according to the building allocation key for the leased area, and the non-deductible portion of the input tax is calculated. This portion, which is included in the expenses, is posted to a previously defined expense account. This general ledger account is stored in the company-specific tax accounts. This simplifies the daily posting of incoming invoices, as the user only needs to enter the individual invoice items with the correct VAT rate. The allocation and transfer between tax accounts occurs automatically in the background. Thus, eTASK’s Property Management handles the input tax allocation virtually on its own. Finally, you periodically transfer the complete journal entries to your tax advisor via our Financial Accounting Export.

Bug Fix: Approved Incoming Invoices Are Now Included in the Payment Run Again
An error occurred during the automatic assignment of approved incoming invoices to the payment run. This has been fixed.
eTASK.Rental
Bug fix: eTASK.Rental: Calculation of the termination date corrected
In eTASK.Rental, the latest possible termination date was incorrectly calculated in some cases based on the entered lease end date. This has been fixed.

Bug fix: Index-linked lease: Adjusted index is used
In eTASK.Rental, you can select and adjust an index. Previously, the system did not apply the adjusted index but instead used the most recently created one. This system error has been fixed.
eTASK.Fleet Management
New Feature: Custom Report on User Vehicle History
Entering a user in the vehicle entry creates an entry in the Vehicle User Changes list. After saving, a note appears in the header of the vehicle record with a link to Vehicle User Changes. The exact period of use can be entered in the new record, providing a history of users for a specific vehicle. This history is also displayed in the user’s profile in the personnel list and in the vehicle entry. This allows fleet managers to see at a glance when which vehicle was assigned to whom. User changes for a vehicle can thus be documented down to the day.
New Feature: User-Vehicle History Report Available
By entering a user under Vehicle Usage in the Fleet Manager, it is now possible to view a user’s historical vehicle usage. This is displayed in the staff list next to the user entry and in the vehicle entry. This allows fleet managers to see at a glance when which vehicle was assigned to whom.

eTASK.Maintenance
Improvement: Checks for new one-time maintenance orders
When a maintenance order is created, the order type must be selected, among other things. This determines the timing for the workflow process (lead time and execution time). To prevent errors in the maintenance workflow, we have implemented two checks:
When creating a manual order, the system now checks whether the times have been maintained. If not, a corresponding message is displayed and the order is not started.
When creating and editing order types, the system now always checks whether the necessary times are available. If not, they are created and a note is generated.

Bug Fix: Room Occupancy Plan: Renaming a Column
In the Room Occupancy Schedule report, the old term "Beverages" was still displayed when naming a column. This has been changed to Catering.

Improvement: Adjustment of the overview for ordered catering
When booking catering, we have changed the display of the unit (e.g., 1x coffee) for greater clarity. The note "x number of participants" now appears during booking and in the work plan. This makes it clear that the correct number of catering units has been ordered.

📄 eTASK.Outlook Add-In (Classic) IC2387
Improvement: Quick booking of meeting rooms: Scroll bar in the room selection
Previously, if a large number of bookable rooms were stored for quick meeting room booking, the room selection area became so large that booking was problematic. A maximum height has now been set for the area containing the stored rooms, limiting this area. You can now scroll through the list of rooms using a scroll bar.
eTASK.FM Portal
Bug Fix: Fixed background errors when calling the map integration
When opening a form with a map integration (e.g., service ticket), errors occurred in the background when loading the map. These errors have been fixed, resulting in improved performance.
Bug fix: Sporadic system error fixed
An error message would occasionally appear when attempting to open individual records. This could only be resolved by restarting the application. This was related to the connection of tables in a Checkbox Connect and has now been fixed.
Improvement: Workflow Control: Custom error messages and procedures can now be integrated
Workflows can now be configured so that invalid entries are analyzed as soon as a record is saved for the first time, and a custom message appears explaining the reason for the error (e.g., missing master data) and the next steps. Example Service Ticket: The user has no room assignment, so a building cannot be determined. A different building must be specified. With the new workflow configuration, a check can be implemented. The following message can be displayed: "You do not have a permanently assigned work location, so we cannot automatically determine who is responsible for your request. Please specify the 'alternative location: building' and then use the 'Submit' button."
Improvement: Revision of the personnel data import: Inclusion of the title
The personnel data import now also includes the title field. The titles "Mr.", "Ms.", "Dr.", and "Dr." can now also be transferred to eTASK. eTASK.PersonnelDataImport is a separately available product from eTASK for the automated transfer of personnel data and other data related to personnel from third-party systems.
Improvement: Drag-and-drop function implemented for file uploads
You can now use the convenient drag-and-drop function for documents (and not just for images, as was previously the case)! This allows you to easily attach documents from your computer or a team drive to an entry. In the Documents section, you will now find the drag-and-drop window below the list of already attached documents.

Improvement: Security enhancement implemented
We have further improved the system’s security. This time, we have ensured that our error messages do not provide any usable information to potential attackers. A configuration parameter allows you to specify that the detailed error message is only visible when expanded. Additionally, another configuration parameter allows you to enable the minification of JavaScript and CSS. This also improves the loading time of our portal.
Support Information: Use of the Microsoft OLE DB Driver Can Be Configured in the Control Panel
A driver is required to load a report with Crystal Report. Previously, we used the SQL Native Client. Now, the Microsoft OLE DB driver can also be used for this purpose. In the Control Panel, a configuration parameter allows you to specify which driver should be used to call reports in your portal.
