Create data records for properties that your organization owns. Identify each property using a code and a name, enter address data and the corresponding data from the land register. Enter which sites are located on the property. Finally, assign a parcel to the property.
Identification
Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.| Property | Description |
| Economic unit | Selection of the business entity to which the property is assigned. |
| Department | Selection of the department to which the gerund belongs. |
| company code | Enter the company code via which the property is managed. |
| Location | Select the location / site (of a company, organization) which is located on the property. |
| Code | Provide a code for the property. Please note: In order to manage properties properly, you should follow a strict in-house guideline for the allocation of property codes (e.g. according to alphanumeric or numeric criteria or a combination of both) |
| Identification | Provide a name for the property (e.g. "Rush River Plot 5") |

Land Register
This info area is used to record information on the land register entry for the property.| Property | Description |
| Land register area [m²] | Enter the plot area in square meters recorded in the land register. |
| Land Register Map | Name / number of the land register map depicting the property. |
| Cadastral Register | Provide the name of the city or district in whose cadastral register the property is listed. |
| Entry in Cadastral Registry | Provide the number or name of the property's entry in the cadastral registry |
| CAD area [m²] | Specification of the plot area from eTASK.CAD. |
Address
Information on the location of the property can be entered in this info area.| Property | Description |
| Postal code | If desired, provide the postal code of the property. |
| Country | Select the country the property is located in. |
| Street number | If desired, provide the street number of the property. |
| Street | If desired, provide the name of the street by which one can access the property. |
| City | Enter the city the property is located in. |
