Tables/Forms

This list provides a directory of the available database tables and forms of the FM portal.

Identification

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Property	Description
Allowed without registration	Specifies whether this menu item can be configured without logging in.
Table selection	The internal ID or data ID is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record
id	⚠️ This property will be removed in one of the next releases. Please do not use it anymore. The TABLE_ID column is not the primary key (this is TABLE_UID), but there is always this INT column here for each row.
Namespace	Namespace to which this form technically belongs
SystemName	System name of the form in the API
Type	Displays the page type. There are six types. "Root" is the root directory of FM-Portal. "Node" is a page which is only used as nodes and which does not refer to any content. "Table" refers to a table. "Page" is a page containing configurable content (the contents are set in the respective sections). "Wizard" refers to a Wizard. "VWSLink" contains a link to Aperture Visual Web Solutions content.
TABLENAME	Displays he table's table name.
UID of higher level page	Displays the UID of the higher level pages of the table.
ProductOwner	This field identifies the product owner for the current task. The product owner is responsible for prioritizing and managing the backlog and maximizing product value. The selection is made from a predefined list of people.

Canceled

Data on discontinuation is managed in this area.

Property	Description
Plan deletion date	Here you can enter a date from which you plan to permanently remove the table.
Comment on "Canceled"	This can contain reasons/details as to why something was canceled, when it was discussed, who was involved, etc.
Canceled?	⚠️ This property will be removed in one of the next releases. Please do not use it anymore. Here you can enter whether the table has been discontinued.

Accessibility

This group includes features for the accessibility and usability of tables or forms for people with disabilities. It describes features that improve usability for all users.

Property	Description
Not relevant for accessibility	Checkbox to keep track of which static pages are not relevant for accessibility.
Accessibility tested	Checkbox to keep track of which static pages are already accessible.

Description

This group contains descriptive characteristics for the tables and forms. It includes attributes that provide additional information or explanations about the data elements.

Property	Description
Position	Displays the position of the table in the menu item.
Description	Displays the menu path in which the table can be found.
Support article link	Display of the link to the support article

Details

This feature group contains detailed information on the tables and forms. It includes specific properties and configuration options that are relevant for the precise definition and use of the entity.

Property	Description
CSH key of table	Displays the CSH-Key for help with the table. This key is not currently used. In the past, it was used as a reference by the table’s webform to an external help system which was replaced by the portal’s own system.
CSH key of webform	Displays the CSH-Key for help with the webform. This key is not currently used. In the past, it was used as a reference by the table’s webform to an external help system which was replaced by the portal’s own system.
