This list represents a directory of all info areas available in the configuration of the FM portal in forms.
identification
Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.
| Property | Description |
| Visible | Specifies whether the area is configured to be visible. |
| Type | Specification of the type for this area. |
| XML configuration | Display of the XML configuration of the info area. |
| Product Owner | Selection of the ProductOwner for this area, especially for static controls. |
| UID area | The internal ID or data ID is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record |
| SystemName | Enter the unique system name for the info area for this form here. This is used in eTASK.Server and in the API. |
| UID of the table | Displays the UID of the table in which the info area is contained. |
| Name | Display of the name of the info area. |
| Position | Displays the position of the info area in the list. The smallest value for the info areas in the list indicates the left-hand info area. The other info areas are arranged in ascending order below this number. |
Canceled
This group contains characteristics that indicate the status and time of discontinuation of a form section. It enables the management and tracking of sections in the web form that are no longer active or are to be removed in the future.
| Property | Description |
| Plan deletion date | Here you can enter a date from which it is planned to permanently remove the area. |
| Comment on "Canceled" | This can contain reasons/details as to why something was canceled, when it was discussed, who was involved, etc. |
| Canceled? | Specify here whether this info area will still be used in the future or whether it should be deleted. |
Accessibility
This group includes features for the accessibility of the form area. It includes features that improve accessibility and usability for people with disabilities.
| Property | Description |
| Control without front-end code | Selection to specify for static controls that no frontend code comes with control. Relevant for accessibility assessment. |
| Not relevant for accessibility | Activate this option if the defined form area does not need to be checked for accessibility. |
| Accessibility tested | Checkbox to keep track of which static controls are already accessible. |
Data fields
This list contains all data records for the fields contained in the info area for data entry.
