Identification

| Call path | This call path shows the exact path via which the report can be called up or accessed in the system. It serves as a unique reference for accessing the report and helps with navigation and identification within the report list. |
| Call type | This call type categorizes the type of report call and enables a differentiated analysis of report usage. The information helps to evaluate how and in what context reports are accessed. |
| Product Owner | The product owner is the person responsible for developing and maintaining the report. He defines requirements, prioritizes tasks and ensures that the report meets the needs of the stakeholders. This information is important for assigning responsibilities and contact persons in report management. |
| System name | The system name clearly identifies the system or application to which this report refers. It enables a clear assignment and helps with the organization and filtering of reports from different sources in global reporting. |
| Report name | Enter the official name of the report here. This name uniquely identifies the report and is displayed in overviews and selection lists. Select a meaningful title that clearly describes the content and purpose of the report. |

| Report Description | Here you can enter a detailed description of the report. This description helps other users to quickly understand the content and purpose of the report without having to open it. A meaningful description makes it easier to find and select relevant reports. |
| Page discontinued | Indicates whether this report page has been marked as discontinued. Discontinued pages are outdated and should no longer be used. This information helps users to identify current and valid report pages. |
| Area discontinued | This field indicates whether the associated area of the report has been discontinued. A discontinued area is no longer actively used or further developed, but may still be relevant for historical purposes. |
| Page visible | This field controls the visibility of the report page in the system. If activated, the page is displayed for authorized users and is accessible. If deactivated, the page remains hidden without being deleted. |
| Area visible | This switch controls the visibility of the associated area in the report list. If activated, the area is displayed for users; if deactivated, it remains hidden. This enables flexible customization of the report display. |
| Reporting system name | This field contains the name of the reporting system from which the report originates. It is used to clearly identify and assign the report to its source, which is important for traceability and understanding the origin of the report. |
