You can import CAFM data into Excel and export it to Excel. You can export data to Excel from any table.
Note: Since import and export are performed individually for each table, this data exchange option is also referred to as table-specific import or export.
Data from Excel can be imported into the FM Portal using three different methods:
Importing data via Excel is reserved for administrators and is performed via the Control Panel. To do this, the import template must first be downloaded from the corresponding table and filled out. For more information, see the article Importing Data Using ExcelImporting Data via Excel Data Import
We also offer a data import feature that enriches existing data. However, this is intended exclusively for the initial setup phase of an FM Portal. For more information, see the article Excel Update (Extended Import)Excel Update (Extended Import)
An extended Excel import allows you to upload multiple files to the Digital Archive. This requires a license for the Digital
Archive. For more information, see the article Uploading Multiple Documents Simultaneously to the Digital ArchiveUploading Multiple Documents Simultaneously to the Digital Archive
Further Processing in Excel
