You can create a new training course either through the participant scheduling function or via the Training Courses table.
Prerequisite
The HSE function for which you want to create a training course has already been created
The training type for the training has already been created
The training room has already been created
This task is performed in a form. The basic function of forms is described in this article: Forms.htm

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Training Management - Participant Scheduling or Infrastructure Building Management - Training Management - Training Courses
Create a new training course
a. via Infrastructure Building Management - Training Administration - Participant Scheduling: Click on Create New Training
b. Via Infrastructure Building Management - Training Administration - Training Courses: Click on New...
Fill out at least the required fields of the form. Use the Training (B1C9) Form Structure for help.
Click Save.
The training course has been created, and you can now assign participants to it directly via the form or via Participant Assignment.
