Create training

You can create a new training course either through the Participant Scheduling module or via the Training Courses table.

Prerequisite

The function for which you want to create a training course has already been created

The training type for the training has already been created

The training room has already been created

This task is performed in a form. The basic functionality of forms is described in this article: Forms.htm

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Training Management - Participant Scheduling or Infrastructure Building Management - Training Management - Training Courses

1. Create a new training course:

a. via Infrastructure Building Management - Training Management - Participant Scheduling: Click on Create New Training

b. Via Infrastructure Building Management - Training Management - Training Courses: Click on New...

2. Fill out at least the required fields on the form. For help, refer to the article 📄 Schulungen IC9482 .

3. Click Save.

The training session has been created, and you can now assign participants to it directly via the form or via Participant Assignment.
