The property cadastre allows you to manage records for every single room in a building. The room area entered here affects the floor and building areas within the system. Room records form the basis for many other components of the FM portal, such as room bookings.
Prerequisite
The levels above the room (location, building, floor) have already been created
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Rooms
Click New in the toolbar.
Enter a room number.
Select the floor on which the room is located.
Assign the room’s land use according to DIN 277 (or internal company standards) to each room.
Add information regarding the allocation of floor area costs, as well as the floor area of the room and the number of workstations available in the room.
Click Save.
You have created the room.
Upload documents
For example, upload a floor plan in the Documents section. To do this, click the Browse button, select the document from your drive, and click the Upload button.
