Use this form to assign cost centers to buildings.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Building	Select the building to which the cost center should be assigned.
Cost center type	Select the required cost center type of the cost center.
Cost center	Select the cost center which should be assigned to the building.
Annual load [€]	Enter the value with which the cost center can be charged during the year.
Percentage [%]	Enter the cost center’s usage percentage in the building. Note: the system does not check that the sum of all percentages amounts to 100%. Larger and smaller amounts can be entered to retain full flexibility when assigning unoccupied buildings and surface area differences.
