Assigning a maintenance order to an FM purchase order

If you want to order or put out a request for maintenance services under a maintenance order, the integration of eTASK Maintenance with eTASK FM Procurement makes this particularly easy. Using the details of a maintenance order, you can assign an existing FM purchase order to the order with just a few clicks. This integration allows you to track the status of the FM purchase order.

Prerequisites

  • The maintenance order exists

  • It is in the workflow status “Disposition AG”

  • A vendor record must exist for the contractor

  • The contractor for the order must match the contractor for the purchase order (vendor)

  • Objects are assigned to it

  • eTASK.FM Procurement is installed

  • The FM purchase order has already been created

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Order List

  1. Open the work order to which you want to assign the purchase order.

  2. In the info area, select Order -> Purchase Order / Contract and choose the FM purchase order to which the order should be assigned.

  3. Click Save in the toolbar.

  4. Click on Tools - Add Order to Purchase Requisition in the toolbar.

The order is assigned to the purchase order and displayed accordingly in the purchase order record.
