This table contains all properties that have been assigned to rental agreements as rented properties. This includes rooms, open spaces or other objects. Assign these objects to the rental agreement on a daily basis. When transferring from the previously created master data, the rental area of the room is transferred. If a standard factor has been defined for the respective usage type, the rent is calculated immediately for each room. If you assign open spaces or parking spaces, the rent is calculated correctly in accordance with the specification.
LogicController
This LogicController immediately calculates the cold rent when the factor is entered or, conversely, the factor when the cold rent is entered.
identification
In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Identification
This group includes characteristics for describing the spatial properties of a rented property. This includes information such as area, number of rooms and location within the building.

Open space
This group includes characteristics for describing undeveloped land or outdoor areas belonging to a rented property. This may include information on the size, use and nature of the open space.
