Assignment of coordinators to functions

Here, the functions to be filled can be assigned to persons who coordinate these appointments on an ongoing basis. The area of responsibility can also be defined here. You can also access this table via the data record of the coordinator and the function. This ensures that the required functions for the respective area of responsibility are always filled by suitable persons.

Identification

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Property	Description
Function	Selection of the function.
Code	Enter a code for the assignment.
Coordinator	Selection of the coordinating person.
Designation	Enter an exact name for the assignment.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.

Area of responsibility

This tree view shows the hierarchical structure of your properties with all buildings, floors and rooms. By clicking on the individual rooms, you can specify the areas for which the coordinator or function is responsible. Selected rooms are marked with a tick. The selection can be extended or restricted as required to precisely define the area of responsibility.

Benefit: Enables the exact spatial delineation of responsibilities for occupational health and safety and environmental coordinators.
