If the person who is to be created as a coordinator has not yet been entered in the personnel list, this can be done using this form. To do this, click on the symbol to the right of the selection field. |

| Designation | Specify the name of the coordinator. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
