Several security areas can be combined in access profiles. The onboarding application uses these profiles to offer access to several areas under a defined name, e.g. "Auditor", "Building technician" or "Parking"
Identification
Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.| Property | Description |
| Earmarking | Specify here the purpose for which the profile is to be used. |
| Valid until | Specify the date until which the profile should be used. |
| External ID | Here you can store the ID of the profile in an external system. This information can be used as the basis for interfaces. |
| Code | Enter a short name for the access profile here. |
| Valid from | Enter the date from which the profile can be used. |
| Designation | Enter a long name for the access profile here. Make sure you choose a name that indicates the purpose of the profile. |
| Responsible person | Selection of a person from the personnel list who is responsible for maintaining and managing this access profile. |
Time control
This PropertySet contains properties for the time control of access profiles. It defines time periods and conditions for when a specific access profile is active or inactive.| Property | Description |
| Monday | This profile allows access on a Monday. |
| Holiday | This profile allows access on a public holiday |
| Wednesday | This profile allows access on a Wednesday |
| Friday | This profile allows access on a Friday |
| Sunday | This profile allows access on a Sunday |
| Tuesday | This profile allows access on a Tuesday. |
| Thursday | This profile allows access on a Thursday. |
| Saturday | This profile allows access on a Saturday |
Security areas

Digital cylinders
In this list, you can assign cylinders to the profile to allow access to them. You can only select cylinders that are stored as digital cylinders. This information can be transferred to an access control system in order to grant actual access.See also: Assignment: Cylinders to access profiles
Authorized persons
In this list you can see and manage the people who are authorized to use this access profile.See also: Assignment: Access profiles to persons
Access to rooms
Here you can see which rooms the access profile offers with the selected cylinders and security areas.See also: Access overview of access profiles
