Access overview of access profiles

This evaluation provides an overview of all access profiles and lists each individual room for which a person with this profile has authorization. On the one hand, security areas can be selected in the access profile, which then have rooms themselves. On the other hand, digital cylinders can also be assigned directly to a profile, which then result in the location structures via the connection to the installation location (door) and its room. Further columns are available for display. If logical client separation is switched on, this takes place via the client of the access profile.

Access data

This PropertySet contains information on access data and authorizations for various access areas. It includes details such as access times, authorization levels and assigned access profiles for persons or groups.

Property	Description
Cylinder group	It is not a prerequisite for digital cylinders that they are arranged in cylinder groups. However, if this is the case, the group is listed here.
Client	The client is used to control the display of the individual lines with rights to logical clients. The client is taken from the access profile as a filter.
Access profile	The name of the access profile that is evaluated in this line.
Access through	Here you will find the type of authorization that grants access.
Security areas	If security areas have been assigned to the access profile, these are listed here.
Cylinder	If digital cylinders have been assigned to the access profile, they can be found here.
Door	The door represents the installation location of the cylinder and forms the bridge between the locking system and the room and thus the structural data

Structural data

This PropertySet contains structural information about the access profiles. It includes attributes that describe the organization and hierarchy of the profiles within the access overview.

Property	Description
Location code	Short name of the location, based on the selection on the building.
Country Name (from hierarchy level 1)	Long name of the country.
Building part number	Number of the building section, the room relevant for this access.
Country code (from hierarchy level 1)	The short name of the country, based on the selection at the linked hierarchy level 1.
Hierarchy level 3 Designation	Long designation of hierarchy level 3.
Hierarchy level 2 Code	The short name of hierarchy level 2, based on the selection at hierarchy level 2.
Hierarchy level 3 Code	Abbreviation of hierarchy level 3, based on the selection at the location.
Room number	Number of the room, as shown in the last part of the room code.
Building group Code	Abbreviation of the building group, if the building has such a structure.
State Code (from location)	Abbreviation of the federal state, based on the postal code and town indicated at the location.
Building part Designation	Long name of the building section.
Building code	Short name of the building, for this access.
Country Designation (from location)	Long name of the country.
Room group Designation	Designation of the room group
Country code (from location)	Short name of the country, based on the selection at the location.
Hierarchy level 2 Designation	Long designation of hierarchy level 2.
Floor number	Number of the floor to which the room relevant for this access belongs.
Building group Designation	Long name of the building group.
Hierarchy level 1 Code	The short name of hierarchy level 1, based on the selection at hierarchy level 2.
Floor code	Abbreviation of the floor to which the room relevant for this closure belongs.
Federal state Designation (from building)	Long name of the federal state.
State Code (from building)	Abbreviation of the building, based on the zip code and town indicated on the building.
Building number	Number of the building, as shown in the last part of the building code.
Hierarchy level 1 Designation	Long name of the hierarchy level 1.
Room group number	Number of the room group, if the room for which this access is relevant is assigned to a room group.
Federal state Designation (from location)	Long name of the federal state.
Code Building part	Abbreviation of the part of the building, the room relevant for this access.
Room code	Short name of the room that is relevant for this access.
Room designation	Long designation of the room.
Location Designation	Long name of the location.
Building designation	Long name of the building.
Floor Designation	Long name of the floor

This PropertySet contains information on rooms that are relevant for access profiles. It includes properties such as room names, locations and associated access restrictions.

Room Type of use Code	The short designation of the type of use according to DIN277 for the room.
