This list is used to assign user profiles to profiles in order to document accesses or to prepare the transfer to an access control system via a suitable interface.
Identification
In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| Access profile | Select the profile to which the person is to be assigned. |
| Person | Enter the person who should be granted access to the areas specified with the selected access profile here. |
| Valid from | Specify here from when the person with the selected profile should be granted access. |
| Valid until | Specify here when the person should no longer have access to the profile. |
| Approved on | Enter here when the access with the profile was approved. |
| Approved by | Here you can select who issued the authorization. |
| External ID | Here you can store the ID of an external application and then use it for interfaces. |
