You can use this form to create individual attributes for an object type. If the object type is assigned to an object via the matchcode, the individual attributes appear in the object's form as input fields or date selections.

Identification

In this section, data for identification of the individual field can be entered. You can also define the properties of the individual field.

Property	Description
Object Type	Displays the object type to which the individual field is to be assigned.
Display Order	Enter a number for the position of the individual field in the display order. For example, if you enter "2", the individual field will be displayed in the second position in the corresponding section of the object form featuring the object type of the individual field.
Field Name	Select the field name of the individual field.
Data Type	Select the data type of the individual field.
unit	Select the unit of measure of an attribute of type number here.

Details

This group contains specific detailed information on individual attributes of an object type. It contains additional properties that are relevant for a more precise characterization of the attribute.

Property	Description
Mandatory field	Specify whether this attribute is mandatory. You will not be able to save objects with this attribute as long as the attribute value is empty.
CAFM-Connect (IfcPropertyTemplate)	Here you can link your attribute to a CAFM Connect property so that the values are inserted in the correct attribute when importing Connect files.
Display in object search	Specify here whether this individual attribute should be used for the display in the object search. If you activate the option, the attribute can be used when exporting from the search to Excel and the data can be output.
Grouping in service specifications	By activating this option, the orders generated from orders are grouped according to the values of this object type.
