Workstation group

The workstation group data object represents a virtual area that combines several workstations across different spatial units. It serves as the basis for the area accounting profile PR11 and enables flexible grouping of workplaces for administrative and accounting purposes. The workplace group contains information for visual representation in BIM systems as well as customer-specific features and is used as part of workplace management and space accounting.

Identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
Code	The short name of the home zone
Designation	The long name of the home zone
Remark	Here you have the option of entering a longer text to describe the home zone.

Color code

The color codes define visual features for identifying and distinguishing workstation groups. They enable quick visual identification and assignment of work areas within the company.

Property	Description
Hatching	Select the hatching pattern with which the data content is to be marked in the BIM visualization. Please note that although all hatching patterns can be displayed in the visualization, only the hatching patterns "1 - none", "2 - 0%" and "12 - 100%" are taken into account when exporting to a PDF.
Background color	Select the color to be used as the background for a hatching pattern here.
Foreground color	Select the color to be used for the hatching in a hatching pattern here.
